Initial Consultation

This consists of an examination, carried out by one of our consultant ophthalmologists alongside our team of technicians and nurses. They will carry out an intense examination of the eye using state of the art technology and diagnostic equipment, allowing them to understand any possible issues. You will have the opportunity to discuss through possible surgery options and answer any questions you might have.

After diagnosis treatment can vary from simply prescribing drops right through to surgery. Should the consultant recommend surgery, they will explain all of the benefits and possible complications involved. We will provide you with all of the options to make an informed and pressure-free decision. During treatment, our team of nurses and healthcare assistants alongside the consultant will be there to provide support, easy to understand answers and plenty of hand holding if required.

Following your procedure, we offer a thorough aftercare program to ensure that your recovery process is as swift and comfortable as possible. Our patient support team will ensure you are invited for post op and follow up checks. This will enable the consultant to track your progress, giving you the best surgical outcome from start to finish.
