Your NHS Oculoplastics Pathway
1. Ask your optician if you are eligible for referral to
The Stoneygate Eye Hospital.
2. When your referral has been received, Our on-
site optomertrist will triage your referral and our NHS team will contact you with available dates. The
dates offered will depend on the type of condition
you are being referred for.
3. You will attend the SEH for your pre-surgery
consultation assesment and procedure. You will
have ample time to read about your procedure and
ask any questions.
4. We will contact you the next day to check how you are feeling post-procedure and to answer any questions you may have.
