Ben is the hospital registered general manager. His day-to-day role ensures that the hospital runs smoothly. He oversees the general administration and running of the hospital, hospital compliance and facilities. Ben is passionate about the ophthalmology industry. He ensures patient safety, as well as ensures the financial and operational sustainability of the site.
Deputy General Manager
Avril is our Deputy General Manager at The Stoneygate Eye Hospital. She brings a wealth of experience from the clinical sector, management, and higher education. Her role supports the General Manager in managing the organisation, ensuring high quality business activities with maximum quality, service, and profitability for the organisation.
Sarah leads the clinical team at The Stoneygate Eye Hospital. She provides compassionate inclusive leadership, professional standards and accountability. Working collaboratively to promote high standards of clinical care, quality, patient safety, and improvement of the patient experience. With over a decade of experience working at a senior level as clinical lead in theatre she brings skill and experience highly sought after. She also manages the clinical workforce effectively to ensure they are efficient, skilled, and professional in their approach.
Nicky manages and conducts office operations and procedures in order to ensure organisation effectiveness and efficiency. She leads the office administration team, dealing promptly and efficiently with all administration queries and providing excellent customer service.
Alison brings a wealth of experience from the hospitality sector, having managed several businesses previously. Her experience enables her to fulfil her responsibilities for managing and controlling the overall finances of the business. Her effective and efficient management of finances ensures sufficient funds are available to meet current liabilities and for the continued smooth running of business operations.
Jill has a number of years’ experience working within the customer service and marketing industry, which enhances her abilities to deal with the day to day tasks to advance excellent customer service provision at the Stoneygate Eye Hospital. As Reception Supervisor, Jill positions the reception department for success, by monitoring and regulating the reception teams performance of delegated duties that align with the goals set by senior management and organisational objectives.
